Thomas Meyer
Thomas Meyer is an accomplished and affluent pianist, composer, and teacher in the Southern California area. Thomas initially took lessons within the classical and popular sphere, then began to branch out, studying the jazz idiom, which rapidly became a passion of his. Thomas has since been developing under the tutelage of local virtuosos such as Otmaro Ruiz, Gilbert Castellanos, Sam Hirsh, Irving Flores, Ed Kornhauser, Jason Stoll, and Charles McPherson to name a few. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in music at CSU Northridge in Los Angeles.

Thomas has collaborated with the likes of many talented artists and bands such as The Gravities, Lindy and the Hops, Kahlil Nash, Katie Ward, Nathan Hubbard, Juice Box, Tristan Brooks, Leonard Patton, The Oddz, and Them Thatz Got. In addition to working as a sideman, Thomas loves to compose and arrange original music, which he performs regularly with a working jazz trio.

Thomas also loves to teach. He prides himself on personalizing his lessons to each student, making his lessons fun, and holding his students to a high standard both musically and personally.
